To continue initiatives to support public school , who is free is warmly invited to come Wednesday 26 at 17.30 at the session of the Provincial Council, in Bali Palace in Pistoia (Via Cavour, Panciatichi street corner).
L ' Roccella assessor will present the annual plan of the provincial organization of the school network for 2009/2010, where the proposed Province, in response to requests from the public's real, a considerable development of full-time and extended , giving then a strong signal that goes in the direction opposed to the cuts and policies of national governments.
Our presence , numerous and, if necessary, noisy, will certainly facilitate the approval of the Plan, and to understand (maybe) to the parties that there is no social consensus to the humiliation of public school.

It may seem strange, but the first extraordinary opportunity for public education in America is just the ' economic apocalypse. The thirty-year habit to continue to privatize our little corners of democracy, use a credit card to escape to our public spaces , is finally dying. Even in Los Angeles private schools are feeling the blow, since families can no longer afford fees exceeding $ 20,000 and are going in public schools. November 15 was held in Florence, a meeting attended by parents and teachers of coordination, meetings and schools of Florence, Sesto Fiorentino, Era, Versilia, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, Arezzo, Cavriglia, Perugia, Rome, Naples, Bologna, Reggio Emilia, Parma, Milan, Turin and Venice.
At the end of the discussion, the National Meeting of the schools said:

to object to the plan of destruction of the Italian school system and defends the current model of primary school (the full-time and modules) and children over the years has produced excellent results, Besides supporting a school for children.

The National Meeting of the schools to implement their goals, aims to:

make information through the distribution of leaflets, public meetings and debates in schools;

to prepare application forms for preschools, elementary, middle and high school to confirm the current teaching and organizational models;

require from the body for each school confirm the current teaching and organizational models;

to promote shows and events as opportunities to talk about school and to raise awareness public, from the point of view of the deepening pedagogical

to coordinate with the other realities of the movement (net of high school students, university teachers, researchers, peronale ATA and precarious, as well as all parents) to find the moments and common goals;

to take all forms of conscientious objection against the so-called bridge classes.
The national meeting of the school believes it is essential to compliance with all safety standards established by Law 626/1994 and Legislative Decree 81/2008.
The national meeting of the school invites parents and teachers to launch in every city, every club in educational institute in any protest actions during the day on Saturday 29 November with the aim of maintaining the high 'attention to the school.
