3rd SEMINAR IN BARI TWJKD

On 16 May, was held in Bari in the gym 85 Gym avenue of unity ' Italy, the usual TWJKD seminar chaired by Luigi Clemente (JKD instructor in Bari), Antonio Jeannette (JKD qualified coaches in Lecce). The seminar was held in the presence of students of Bari and Lecce. Tra cui il calcio a gancio e il calcio diretto (hook kick – direct kick). Parlando di essi, Antonio ha messo in evidenza l’uso load (burst) and how important it is to attack and at the same time back in the guard position.
