Pain In Upper Arm And Thumb

TUTTI NOI POSSIAMO FARE LA DIFFERENZA

I thought that all people who are into sports and who volunteer their time to children can draw benefit from this reading moments of reflection, as it was for me.

Il padre continuò: "Penso che quando viene al mondo un bambino come Shay, handicappato fisicamente e mentalmente, presents a great opportunity to make human nature and is in the way other people treat that child. "

At that point he began to tell a story:

Shay and his father walked past Shay knew of a park where there were children playing baseball.Shay asked, "Do you think those guys will make me play?" Shay's father knew that most of them did not want the team as a player Shay, but he also knew that if he had been allowed to play, this would give his son hope to be accepted by others at the expense of his disability, something that Shay had immense needs. The father Shay is one of the guys on the field and asked (not expecting much) if his son could play. The boy looked around for approval and said: "We're losing by six points and the game is in the eighth inning. I think it might join the team: we will enter the ninth. Shay joined the team bench and with a huge smile, put on the jersey of the team. The father looked at the scene with tears in his eyes and with a sense of warmth in the chest.

The boys saw the father's joy to the idea that his son was accepted by the other. At the end of the eighth inning, Shay's team took some points but was still behind by three points. At the beginning of the ninth inning Shay put on his glove and went into the field.

Although no shot came towards him, he was ecstatic just to the idea of \u200b\u200bplaying in a baseball field and with a huge smile that went from ear to ear, waved to his father in the stands. At the end of the ninth inning, Shay's team scored a new point: now, with two outs and the bases loaded you could even think of winning and Shay was charged with

be next at bat. At this point, do they let Shay bat even if it meant losing the game? Incredibly, they let him beat. Everyone knew that was impossible for Shay did not even know

finito. A quel punto il battitore andò a raccogliere the ball, he could give it to 'man on first base and Shay was eliminated and the game would end. Instead ... The shooter threw the ball much further than the man at first base and in a way that no other team could pick it up. Everyone from the stands and all the members of both teams started yelling, "Shay run to first! Run to first!" Shay never in his life had run so far, but he did so and reached first base. He reached first base with wide-eyed with emotion. At that point, everyone shouted, "Run to second base!" Shay ran to catch his breath until the second out of breath. By the time Shay reached second base on the opposing team had now recovered la palla..

A quel punto tutti gridarono: " Corri in prima, torna in base!!!!"

Shay non è vissuto fino all'estate successiva.

On the Internet, we exchange a lot of games without their e-mail jokes make us think, but when it comes to spreading mail about life choices we hesitate. The crude, vulgar and obscene pass freely in the cyber space, but

public discussions about decency is too often suppressed in our schools and workplaces.

Ora tu hai 2 scelte:

Il vero Spirito delle Arti Marziali

martial arts has a very particular character, since they are physical and mental disciplines that offer to those who practice the ability to regulate the body and mind a balanced and truly original, because every human being has this ability that allows him to self-control. Martial arts disciplines are created centuries ago by the characters that imitate animals. From these imitations have been created various disciplines such as Kung Fu, or Kung It was the five animals, etc. Shaolin. The important thing now is not time to dwell on the explanation of the different fighting styles, but rather focus on their emotional content, psychological, spiritual and physical, of course. Psychology has as its basis the cure mind giving new perspectives and new ways of thinking about people, ie people who, for various reasons have lost confidence in their abilities, in their ways of doing this and greatly influences their personality, as we are happy when we actually do the things we like best when we practice, this makes us feel good and naturally happy. The modern world has a bad understanding of martial arts, are reckoned to be only one way to do violence, or an Olympic sport and that's it. In reality not all understand that martial arts are the exact opposite of what people really think. The martial arts are designed to increase mental and physical capacity in the fighter needs to face life. Through the study of martial techniques for combat, the fighter learns to know your body, making it stronger, healthier and more robust. Through exercises specific exercises such as running, stretching, etc., the fighter learns to know the strengths of his body and also learns to respect it. Through spiritual exercises such as Qi Gong (an exercise that takes energy and very ancient roots by Kung Fu), the fighter learns to know himself, to discipline themselves and control their emotions perfectly. As you can see the martial arts are a real art applied to the psychological battle. Of course I realize that the very specific technical fighter studies such as punches, kicks, joint levers and so on, these applications may cause serious damage in a fight to the opponent, if not death, but those who study the martial arts for personal growth purposes knows that such a thing goes against the very principles of martial arts and then such action may hurt the neighbor. The martial arts were developed to "heal your neighbor" and not to destroy it. Those who practice martial arts in a serious and conscientious learns about himself through, discovering the qualities that have not previously conceived or did not know you had. Bruce Lee once said: "The martial arts are like art, are the living expression of the human being." In fact, just like music, sculpture, painting, etc. needs man to be expressed, so the martial arts of the body need to be fully expressed. Imagine if there were people who did not know how to play, or create breathtaking sculptures, or people who can not paint a picture! We could understand these arts? I think not! Why all this? Because if there were men capable di esprimere tali arti, l’arte di per se sarebbe morta, perché nessuno saprebbe esprimerla agli altri. Esse fanno si che il combattente impari a flow like water flowing in a stream, teaching them how to present and spread, becoming one with himself.
