I would like to point out that afternoon, while returning from school, I heard on a radio an undersecretary who spoke the problem of dogs, not being educated, they bite. The woman, responding to a question from Bonaccorti (but the program was to Mensura) basically said that the government wrote "cultural order" which will be followed by something much more substantial, given the importance of , ie a bill. Now would be good to reflect on the fact that the government, school, travel on Law Decrees and Ordinances or Circular ... cultural? No, there's no need! We talk about school, not dogs.
